Thai Chilli Sauce · Sauce
Authentic Thai chilli Sauce.
- 5 chillies (bird eye preferably), finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons of fish sauce
- 2 teaspoons of palm sugar
- 1-2 tablespoons of lime juice
- 10g of chopped coriander
- To make dressing – put in fish sauce, lime juice, garlic, palm sugar and chillies in a bowl. Stir it’s until sugar dissolve.
- Serving: Before serve, put the turnip, carrot, nut, tomato and toss.
- You'll need: Small size bowl.
