Sweet Chili Sauce

For dipping with all sorts of food, especially fried and deep-fried. Brush it over chicken in the oven or on the BBQ for the best tasting crunchy skin ever. Mix it with cream cheese or sour cream and coriander and try it on a cracker with some smoked salmon.
