Basil - for those of us who think that there is only one type of basil, think again. How the array of Thai basils have any relationship whatsoever is a mystery, for the flavours are very different. 'Grapau' is one, 'Horopa' another. We do have some English language names for some of these, like 'Thai Basil' and 'Holy Basil'. If you find them somewhere try them, they tend to be used more as a vegetable than a herb.
