Vinaigrette Sauce · Sauce
Authentic Thai vinaigrette sauce.
- 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of cooking salt
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 1 red onion cut into slices
- ½ chilli cut into slices
- ½ cucumber cut into slices
- 10 chopped coriander leaves
- Mix white vinegar, salt, sugar and stir its until salt and sugar dissolve.
- Serving: Serve it with satay or fish cake.
- You'll need: Medium size bowl.
